I had Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot only. I read about all the treatments and had no desire to take meds or have surgery. I prefer to try the least invasive solution first. I bought this splint, wore if for two or three days one week, and a day or two the next week and my pain was gone. This one is hard to find now - it used to be in Dr. Leonard's catalog. It stops at the ankle, no need to bind the calf, as the longer ones do. I have not had any pain in my foot at all, ever after, and highly recommend this product.
